CTRA 2025 - 2027 BOD Positions up for Nomination

The President Elect shall, in the absence or disability of the President, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President. The President Elect attends all meetings, completes other duties as assigned and reports to the board. The president elect shall be elected annually for a term of one year. After a one-year term in office, this individual will be appointed to president for a term of one year.

The Secretary shall give or cause to be given, notice of all meetings. The Secretary shall attend all meetings, act as clerk and record all notes and minutes. The Secretary is the custodian of the corporate seal.

The Treasurer shall have custody of the funds and securities of CTRA and shall keep full and accurate accounts of all assets, liabilities, receipts and disbursements.
 
The Treasurer shall render to the President and Directors at regular meetings of the board of directors, or whenever it may be required, an accounting of all the transactions and a statement of the financial position of the association.

The Director-at-Large serves as a full voting member of the Board, providing broad oversight, strategic input, and organizational advocacy. They help guide governance, ensure fiduciary responsibility, and support the organization’s mission through active participation and leadership.
